The choice of lagers at the hotel was somewhat limited. I hope they expand the selection in the future.

The recently refurbished twin room was very nice and neat. Its location offered pleasant views of the grounds. fresh linens and towels were supplied daily, ensuring a continuous feeling of being pampered! the room had an espresso machine, with a convenient option for a quick coffee.

I had a family room. It was spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, convenient. the hotel provided plenty of choice for breakfast. parking was ample. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
I noticed some spots needing paint. It was slight, but noticeable.

the staff was generally helpful and responsive to requests. they quickly addressed a minor issue with the room. one staff member even went out of their way to assist with directions to a nearby attraction, which i really appreciated.

The hotel features a concert arena and ballroom. I had access to the pool and tennis courts. My room was a triple room, very clean with modern amenities. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! Staff members were both friendly and helpful.
The selection of beers available at the bar was somewhat limited.

This hotel offers fantastic value apartments on the grounds. I found my apartment spotlessly clean and very cute. The service in the backstage bar was really good. Adyson handled a slight delay with our sandwiches quickly. The prawn pasta in OD's on Saturday night WAS AMAZING!
The music selection in the bars after the event left something to be desired.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Adyson in the Green Room offered excellent service and warm hospitality. The hotel's response to a minor delay in my order was prompt and efficient and I felt valued as a guest.

The hotel has a good location out of town. I saw shuttle buses running into town but I did not use them. The area is quiet and the grounds are spacious and well-kept which provides a relaxing atmosphere.

The room I stayed in was nice and neat. The hotel room included nice touches for children such as little teddies. Complimentary hot chocolate and ice cream ARE available for kids which is a great bonus.

The breakfast was good. Fresh and tasty items were provided. The hotel restaurant offers good service. The staff make excellent recommendations. I found the prawn pasta in OD's really good. A good dining experience I won't forget.
